Stuffed Brie Wheel with Sticky Persian Figs

300g Wheel of Brie

1 carton of Tar10  Sticky ( persian) figs for Cheese

1/2 cup chopped roasted walnuts or pecans

2 stalks of fresh thyme leaves

1 pack of your preferred water crackers or crusty bread


Place brie in freezer for 15 minutes to firm, then cut Brie in half horizontally using a wet knife, place the bottom half onto a serving platter.

Chop the persian figs, spread over the brie and scatter the nuts on top. Drizzle half of the  syrup over the figs. Place top half of the brie onto the figs and cover with plastic wrap to chill until required.

Remove from refrigerator an hour before serving at room temperature.

Drizzle the reserved fig juice and garnish with the thyme sprigs.
